It’s that season again. Fires, cosy lunches, braises, stews, and heavier, slow-cooked cuts. It’s Camilla’s favourite time of year, and she really comes into her own with the Winter fare. Unctuous, hearty dishes packed with flavour and love are just the sort of thing she loves to take time over in the kitchen.

Osso buco and other dreamy things will make their appearance for the first time at Overgaauw Restaurant this year. Our starters also go into winter mode with more patés, cheeses and rilettes appearing on boards to go out with our daily bread. With our WINTER BRAISE  menu going out weekly at R200 a pop for two courses, there’s a new reason to book a cosy table at Overgaauw.
