Starter: Earthy beetroot Tarte tartin, horseradish cream, baby greens. Homemade bread and butter.

Mains: Pickled pork loin, glazed with sherry and sugar, tomato and chilli chutney. Hot Potato salad with chives and mustards dressing. Crunchy coleslaw with red and white cabbage, currants apple and mayonnaise . Baby greens with green beans and almonds.

Dessert: Cardamom cream and berry coulis. Stone fruit ice cream
