A THREE COURSE SET MENU OF LOCALLY SOURCED, SEASONAL FARE IS SERVED FOR R275 PER PERSON
Starter: This week we have decided to start with a crowd pleaser. We will be serving a delicious baby tomato tarte tartin, with Huguenot cheese from Dalewood Formage, topped with a basil pesto and fresh baby basil.
Mains: Lamb is back this week, and the leg roasted whole with a little rosemary, garlic, paprika and black pepper. The sides for this week will be couscous with pistachios, lemon rind and parsley. Baby leaf with peas and pomegranate. Roasted carrots and slow cooked cannellini beans.
Dessert: Vanilla bean pannacotta and rose geranium jelly
